New Years Eve, Guatemala Style

New Year's Eve! It was so much fun spending this holiday in Guatemala with my parents. We had a busy day ahead of us.

I had bought 2 aprons from this lady. She was so sweet! I had a lot of fun trying to talk to her. She was so patient with me and we just laughed.
This is a Catholic church we went to visit. The little old women in the picture came up to us and was selling necklaces for 1 Quetzal (17cents in US). So we got 2 of them. The necklace turned out to be one of my favorite items from the trip.
